Frequently Asked Questions
What will my meal be delivered in and when?
Your package will be delivered between 3-6pm on your delivery day. It will be left at your address if you are not there. Your meal is in a restaurant style To-Go packaging that is inside a sealed cardboard box with an ice pack to keep it cold. Once you get your meal you should store it in the refrigerator or reheat it and enjoy right away. Dinner is served with no clean up required.

What are delivery days & times?
We currently offer one delivery day, Tuesday, and delivery is between 3pm and 6pm. Please place your order by 12pm on Sunday for Tuesday delivery. We hope to expand delivery days in the future.
Are your containers recyclable or compostable?
The cardboard package your meal comes delivered in is recyclable. The restaurant style To-Go box we use is made of molded fiber and is commercially compostable. The ice pack is non-toxic and biodegradable. The soup containers, sauce containers and small salad boxes we use are commercially compostable and can be put in your yard waste container for your trash services.

Is there a minimum order
With gas prices and other costs being so high right now the minimum order for delivery is $25.
How do I store my meals and reheat them?
Your meals should be stored in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy them. You should eat your meals within 3 days of delivery to ensure freshness. You can reheat soup and entree's in the packaging they came in. We suggest that you keep the lid closed, microwave for 2 minutes to start, and see if your meal is hot enough. If your food is not hot enough, microwave in 1 minute increments until your meal is to your desired temperature. If you prefer to have your meat cooked more you may need to microwave longer. The health department recommends reheating to 165F degrees to reduce the risk of food borne illness.
Where do you get your ingredients?
We will use locally sourced, organic and seasonal ingredients as much as possible to create delicious meals that you will be sure to love. A list of local farms is in our community partners section.
